Cancellation policy

Subscribe and save lets you get your pet's favourite treats delivered on a schedule you choose. You stay in control: there are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Go to Manage Subscription, or
Email us at hello@pawsfavor.com with your name and order number.

Cancellation deadline

To stop your next order, cancel or make changes at least 3 days before your next billing date. Changes made after that will apply to the following order.

Orders already billed or shipped

Orders that have already been billed or shipped will still be delivered. These orders follow our Refund Policy: unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and opened products only if there is a quality issue.

Pause, skip or change your schedule

Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription, skip a delivery, or change how often you receive orders at any time from your Manage Subscription page.
